Professional blood-grouping reagents for ABO and RhD determination by direct agglutination in blood-donation services, blood banks, laboratories and hospitals. Available in 10 mL bottles: Anti-A (code A00.042; mouse IgM clone BIRMA-1), Anti-B (A00.043; mouse IgM clone LB-2), Anti-AB (A00.044; mouse IgM clones ES-4 and ES-15) and Anti-D blend TH-28/MS-26 (A00.045).
The Anti-A, Anti-B and Anti-D reagents are described for detection of their corresponding antigens in whole venous blood. The Anti-D reagent supports direct agglutination without an indirect Coombs test and may be used with cells that are direct-Coombs positive.
